Benchmarking


Benchmarking is simply comparing yourself with 'best practice' in order to indentify interesting areas to improve your performance. 

There are several types of benchmarking - and they are given different names acording to where you read. One way of catagorizing the benchmarking types could be:

We offer Customer-competitor-benchmarking and internal benchmarking of customer satisfaction. We are also active in other fields of benchmarking, but that is always in cooperation with partners with competences in the specific field in question.  An important partner is here Danish Technological Institute (link only in Danish) who has more focus on the process benchmarking.

After a benchmarking proces you have much more specific knowledge of your potentials for improvements in order to increase your competitive power in the most effective way.
